2. Account Registration, Profile Integrity, and Ordering

  • Placing an Order: You may place orders through our secure online order form or with assistance from our 24/7 support team. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate instructions when placing an order.
  • User Accounts: To use our services, you must register a personal profile using valid contact details, including your full name, active email address, and telephone number. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
  • Single Account Policy: Each customer is restricted to operating one active account. Creating multiple accounts under different names or aliases is prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, the Company reserves the right to merge them and synchronise the order history.

3. Pricing, Payments, and Financial Terms

  • Advance Payment Requirement: All services operate on a pre-paid model. Processing, research, and writing will commence only after full payment or an authorised initial instalment has been successfully cleared and verified.
  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit and debit cards, secure bank transfers, and payments using your personal credit balance.
  • Instalment Plans: For orders of £300 or more, customers may request structured payment instalments. The Company reserves the right to pause order progress if scheduled payments are delayed beyond the agreed milestone.
  • Billing Discrepancies: If a transaction fails, customers should check their card balance, online payment authorisation, and card validity before contacting our support team.

4. Discounts, Loyalty Programmes, and Codes

  • Application of Codes: Promotional codes and loyalty discounts must be entered into the Discount Code field on the order form before completing checkout. Discounts cannot be applied after payment has been submitted.
  • Exclusivity: Promotional discounts cannot be combined with other active offers. First-time customer discounts are limited to one use per individual. Minimum order values, such as £25, may apply to specific promotional codes.

5. Order Execution, Delivery, and Revision Procedures

  • Word Count Metrics: Order length is calculated by word count. Standard formatting equates to approximately 275 words per double-spaced page and 550 words per single-spaced page.
  • Modifying Order Details: Customers may request changes to their original instructions by contacting our support team or writer through the client portal. If changes affect the original scope, urgency, word count, or complexity, an additional quotation and payment may be required.
  • Delivery Standards: Completed products are uploaded to the Customer’s personal account dashboard by the agreed deadline. Customers are responsible for downloading their files promptly. The Company is not liable for technical issues, firewalls, or email delivery failures originating on the customer’s end.
  • Free Revision Policy: Customers may request free revisions within 14 days of order delivery. This period is extended to 30 days for dissertations and major projects, provided the revision instructions follow the original requirements. Requests involving new requirements or submitted outside this period may incur additional charges.

6. Academic Integrity, Fair Use, and Copyright Policy

  • Reference and Model Purpose: All products supplied by UK Assignment Writing are intended strictly as research templates, model answers, bibliographical references, and study aids.
  • Prohibition of Academic Misconduct: Customers agree not to submit, pass off, or present delivered products as their own original work in violation of institutional academic integrity policies or plagiarism guidelines.
  • Liability: The Company operates in accordance with applicable copyright laws. Customers assume responsibility for how they use the delivered products.

7. Governing Law and Miscellaneous Provisions

  • These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and UK Assignment Writing and replace any previous verbal or written agreements.
  • If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in force. This agreement is governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the relevant jurisdiction.
